The ULN2803 is Darlington transistor array with a high voltage and high current. For switching the loads connected to the output it has eight NPN Darlington connected transistors with common clamp diodes. The input is compatible with various types of logic. It is also compatible with ULN2800A series. Its application are relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, logic buffers and many more.
